For me, the essence of hospitality was and still is quite simple: ‘exceed customer expectations, with goodwill and authenticity’. I sometimes hear the phrase ‘great hospitality’ and I think, to say ‘great’, is redundant—for me, if it’s not ‘great’, it’s not hospitality. After all the years slowly, unknowingly, defining my success and mapping out my journey, I find myself at a new destination. One in which I’ve discovered my own service excellence in supporting and helping hotels to achieve theirs.

About Partners LBC has become the final destination and home of the life experiences that have brought me here, with a detour or two. Our success is about the hospitality of our partners, as much as my family’s success was about the hospitality of their guests.

Andrius Remeikis, Partner

Our London- based partner Andrius brings a wealth of hospitality commercial expertise and is a skilled change agent. Before joining APLBC, he held commercial roles with various establishments and brands in London and NYC, from 1K+ bedroom properties, to upscale boutique hotels and private members clubs throughout his career spanning nearly two decades. Most recently he has led the European corporate sales division at Choice Hotels, overseeing the chain’s sales and business development strategies in the region with over 400 hotels, and implementing the strategic key account management disciplines across his designated division. He is truly passionate about the industry, currently holding a position on one of the Global Business Travel Association’s (GBTA) European committees, as well as leading the newly formed hotels & lodging committee with Travel and Meetings Society (TAMS).

When he is not busy building lasting relationships with his industry peers or helping hospitality businesses, Andrius can be found experimenting in his kitchen, researching (and sampling!) the best wine pairings, looking for the nearest swimming pool to exercise or trying his hand at DJ’ing. Ask him about his deep house music collection!

Michelle Low, Partner

Full of energy, goal-orientated and tenacious, Michelle puts her more than 25 years of wide-ranging experience in the hotel industry, and particularly in independent hotel sales, to work on behalf of APLBC hotel partners. Michelle's impressive CV includes some of the top global travel and leisure organisations, including Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Hong Kong Disneyland, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Marriott International and Onyx Hospitality. Clients praise Michelle's can-do and straightforward manner, her knack of building lasting relationships and her ability to think outside the box while focusing on the bigger picture of her client's sales and marketing targets.

Born and raised in Singapore and currently living in Hong Kong, Michelle has deep knowledge of effective hotels sales and marketing practices across Asia and is fluent in several Asian languages, including Mandarin, Cantonese, and conversational with others  like Hokkien, Teochew, Japanese, Thai and Malay. Away from work, Michelle loves to spend time with her family and to explore boutique hotels across the world.

Theresa Prins, Partner

Theresa has more then 25 years of hotel experience, of which over 15 years has been dedicated to Revenue Management. She brings real practical knowledge to the table that help optimise revenue and profits. Her keen interest in revenue generating technology helps the automation process easy and affective. Her Revenue Management experience stretches into Food & Beverage, Accommodation, Meetings & Events, Parking and Spa Revenue.

She sees strategy planning, equally as important as tactical initiatives in the revenue optimisation journey. Being Guest Centric in her Revenue Management approach proves to be very successful.

Yonga Jizana,

Partner Marketing & Social Media

Yonga is passionate about getting people talking… about your business!

Based in Cape Town, Yonga manages the partner marketing and social media at APLBC, offering bespoke strategies to increase online visibility, brand awareness and engagement.

Away from her computer, Yonga enjoys day trips to sunny parts of the city, scrolling through Pinterest and baking.

Donny Paradise-Lord , Account Manager

Donny has vast experience working within the world of luxury brands as well as top-ranked global companies. Her ultimate goal is to be an instrumental part of setting up your business for success. She is detail-oriented, dedicated to service excellence and solution-driven. When not working, Donny dedicates her time to assisting victims of gender-based violence and spending time outdoors with dogs.

Sudharshan S, Content Writer

A postgraduate with an MPhil in English language and literature from Pachaiyappa’s College, Sudharshan hails from Chennai. He is fond of reading lost world novels, fantasy fiction, writing books and dreamily smudging it out at Photoshop. Sudharshan loves to travel and is fond of nature, especially of mountains, rivers and wild beasts of the jungle.

Apart from being a content writer, he is a prolific writer of several books mainly fantasy novels.

Mary Savoie-Stephens –

Well-rounded business professional with demonstrated strategic planning, administration, sales, marketing, team building, global project facilitation and management expertise with budgets ranging from $500,000 to $187,000,000 for Corporations in Bio-Tech/Pharmaceutical, and Hi-Tech Computer and Information Technology Management Services. Successfully, implemented consolidated travel, expense and meeting management processes while motivating staff and individuals to welcome the changes and perform at the highest levels to exceed the corporate goals and objectives. Met with all levels of employees and as well as, regular monthly meeting with senior management including the CEO and CFO.

Recognized as an industry leader who has the expertise and analytical skills to fuse facts and concepts to develop realistic department plans to integrate and meet corporate goals and objectives with corporations such as Chiron (Novartis), 3Com, and PeopleSoft (Oracle).

Jyothi Varma,

Director – Outreach, JYT Ventures Pvt ltd, a consulting firm, is a Travel and Hospitality Industry veteran, with an almost three decades of exposure to Corporate travel, GDS, Travel technology, Payment Solutions, Business development, Education session, Events etc, With exposure in Organisations like Amadeus, Interglobe, American Express, Carlson Wagon-lit, WWStay, ACTE (Association of Corporate Travel Executives. Has worn many hats - Sr Vice-president, COO, Regional Head

Currently have joined hands with APLBC UK, as Partner India, to be a part of the Global reach out , expansion on content , and increase Brand presence In India Sub continent.

Silvia Vizzoni, Business Development

A passionate and avid traveller, Silvia has over 20 years’ experience in the travel and tourism industry in the UK, Ireland and southern Europe having worked with a number of leading and prestigious brands such as Qantas, Aeromexico and Fiji Airways.

In 2013, she launched her own successful travel and tourism representation business – ‘BigBlue Collection’ – with a widely curated portfolio of luxury clients.

Specialising in ad hoc sales and marketing strategies across Europe, Silvia is an expert at developing strong working relationships with the travel trade including tour operators, travel agents and destination associations as well as establishing new connections within the cruise and MICE industries.

When away from work, Silvia keeps herself busy face painting at kids parties or baking delicious chocolate brownies.

Zohaib Haider,

Partner, Middle East

Our Dubai- based partner Zohaib brings a wealth of hospitality commercial expertise in the Middle East. Before joining APLBC, he held commercial roles with various brands – Armani Hotels, Address Hotels, Vida Hotels and Rove Hotels in UAE, from high-end luxury hotels to launching upscale boutique hotels such as Vida Hotels and launching Rove Hotels (mid-market, 3-star hotel brand) throughout his career spanning nearly two decades. He specializes in creating & implementing well-defined sales & marketing strategies within the entire Middle Eastern region that includes Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, Bahrain and Doha. Most recently he has led the Asset Management team at Sol Properties spear-heading the Sales & Marketing initiatives of The Dubai Edition (Marriott managed) & Radisson Palm on behalf of the ownership and implementing the strategic pre-opening initiatives across all disciplines across his designated division.

He is truly passionate about the industry, currently pursuing his MBA from Ascencia Business School based in Paris, France. When he is not busy building lasting relationships with his industry peers or helping hospitality businesses, Zohaib can be found experimenting with technology within the hospitality space or waking up at 5am for a competitive game of cricket.

Akshita Agarwal,

Business Development Executive

Hello, I am Akshita Agarwal. I am a young professional of Indian origin and a Master’s in international tourism graduate from University Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne. I also have a Master’s in international business from University Paris Dauphine. I am a travel enthusiast and extremely passionate about building relationships and long-term partnerships. I recently got the opportunity to associate with the world heritage site Casa Batllo, Barcelona. It was a wonderful learning experience which enhanced my skills in implementing international projects and developing strong networks. I have hands-on experience in applying capacity building model to UNESCO destinations in Europe and India.

My love for travel has always motivated me to discover in-depth the hospitality sector and therefore together with the amazing APLBC team, my goal is to expand and grow in this domain through business development, strategic management and sustainable development. In my me time, I love to try out different cuisines, swim and do cardio workouts. Music and dance are my stressbusters that fill me with the energy to work harder and deliver my best personally and professionally.

Natalie Kloc,

Business Development Executive

Passionate for immersive and sustainable travel, Natalie connects impact-driven companies with community-based businesses across Africa. Helping others to develop a presence on the web and integrate with emerging technologies, her focus is on spreading awareness of innovate opportunities within tourism. She is the co-founder of Ndewedo, a safari and tour DMC in Tanzania, and works closely with a water safety charity supporting Uganda and other Lake Victoria surrounding areas. Ask her about the luxurious destinations and rich culture exclusively shared through Josplay, an African music streaming app.

Prior to APLBC, Natalie began her work in the tourism industry by building relationships with travel agents and tour operators, as well as educating families on many cultures through au-pairing and teaching English online.

SAKTHISELVAM.M, a designer by profession is also a digital artist with an innovative eye to details. Sakthi is the proud owner of ALPHA OMEGA DESIGNS, and is a pious person. In his free time and weekends, he could be found hanging out with his friends or reading the Bible.
