For me, the essence of hospitality was and still is quite simple: ‘exceed customer expectations, with goodwill and authenticity’. I sometimes hear the phrase ‘great hospitality’ and I think, to say ‘great’, is redundant—for me, if it’s not ‘great’, it’s not hospitality. After all the years slowly, unknowingly, defining my success and mapping out my journey, I find myself at a new destination. One in which I’ve discovered my own service excellence in supporting and helping hotels to achieve theirs.
About Partners LBC has become the final destination and home of the life experiences that have brought me here, with a detour or two. Our success is about the hospitality of our partners, as much as my family’s success was about the hospitality of their guests.
Our London- based partner Andrius brings a wealth of hospitality commercial expertise and is a skilled change agent. Before joining APLBC, he held commercial roles with various establishments and brands in London and NYC, from 1K+ bedroom properties, to upscale boutique hotels and private members clubs throughout his career spanning nearly two decades.
Most recently he has led the European corporate sales division at Choice Hotels, overseeing the chain’s sales and business development strategies in the region with over 400 hotels, and implementing the strategic key account management disciplines across his designated division. He is truly passionate about the industry, currently holding a position on one of the Global Business Travel Association’s (GBTA) European committees, as well as leading the newly formed hotels & lodging committee with Travel and Meetings Society (TAMS).
When he is not busy building lasting relationships with his industry peers or helping hospitality businesses, Andrius can be found experimenting in his kitchen, researching (and sampling!) the best wine pairings, looking for the nearest swimming pool to exercise or trying his hand at DJ’ing. Ask him about his deep house music collection!
Full of energy, goal-orientated and tenacious, Michelle puts her more than 25 years of wide-ranging experience in the hotel industry, and particularly in independent hotel sales, to work on behalf of APLBC hotel partners. Michelle's impressive CV includes some of the top global travel and leisure organisations, including Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Hong Kong Disneyland, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Marriott International and Onyx Hospitality. Clients praise Michelle's can-do and straightforward manner, her knack of building lasting relationships and her ability to think outside the box while focusing on the bigger picture of her client's sales and marketing targets.
Born and raised in Singapore and currently living in Hong Kong, Michelle has deep knowledge of effective hotels sales and marketing practices across Asia and is fluent in several Asian languages, including Mandarin, Cantonese, and conversational with others like Hokkien, Teochew, Japanese, Thai and Malay. Away from work, Michelle loves to spend time with her family and to explore boutique hotels across the world.
Theresa has more then 25 years of hotel experience, of which over 15 years has been dedicated to Revenue Management. She brings real practical knowledge to the table that help optimise revenue and profits. Her keen interest in revenue generating technology helps the automation process easy and affective. Her Revenue Management experience stretches into Food & Beverage, Accommodation, Meetings & Events, Parking and Spa Revenue.
She sees strategy planning, equally as important as tactical initiatives in the revenue optimisation journey. Being Guest Centric in her Revenue Management approach proves to be very successful.
She is a beauty and wellness brand and business consultant, strategist, sales and marketing expert, who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the beauty and wellness sectors. For over 15 years, Patricija has spent her career in various business development and management roles, have successfully launched start-ups and worked for established premium global brands and companies. Patricija is passionate about health optimization and wellness. She has an innovative approach to concept development and establishment of authentic wellness offering.

Recently, Patricija headed the development and launch of the BelleCell Molecular Wellness Clinic in the heart of Mayfair, London, United Kingdom. A postgraduate with an MPhil in English language and literature from Pachaiyappa’s College, Sudharshan hails from Chennai.
