For me, the essence of hospitality was and still is quite simple: ‘exceed customer expectations, with goodwill and authenticity’. I sometimes hear the phrase ‘great hospitality’ and I think, to say ‘great’, is redundant—for me, if it’s not ‘great’, it’s not hospitality. After all the years slowly, unknowingly, defining my success and mapping out my journey, I find myself at a new destination. One in which I’ve discovered my own service excellence in supporting and helping hotels to achieve theirs.

About Partners LBC has become the final destination and home of the life experiences that have brought me here, with a detour or two. Our success is about the hospitality of our partners, as much as my family’s success was about the hospitality of their guests.

Andrius Remeikis, Partner

Our London- based partner Andrius brings a wealth of hospitality commercial expertise and is a skilled change agent. Before joining APLBC, he held commercial roles with various establishments and brands in London and NYC, from 1K+ bedroom properties, to upscale boutique hotels and private members clubs throughout his career spanning nearly two decades. Most recently he has led the European corporate sales division at Choice Hotels, overseeing the chain’s sales and business development strategies in the region with over 400 hotels, and implementing the strategic key account management disciplines across his designated division. He is truly passionate about the industry, currently holding a position on one of the Global Business Travel Association’s (GBTA) European committees, as well as leading the newly formed hotels & lodging committee with Travel and Meetings Society (TAMS).

When he is not busy building lasting relationships with his industry peers or helping hospitality businesses, Andrius can be found experimenting in his kitchen, researching (and sampling!) the best wine pairings, looking for the nearest swimming pool to exercise or trying his hand at DJ’ing. Ask him about his deep house music collection!

Michelle Low, Partner

Full of energy, goal-orientated and tenacious, Michelle puts her more than 25 years of wide-ranging experience in the hotel industry, and particularly in independent hotel sales, to work on behalf of APLBC hotel partners. Michelle's impressive CV includes some of the top global travel and leisure organisations, including Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Hong Kong Disneyland, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Marriott International and Onyx Hospitality. Clients praise Michelle's can-do and straightforward manner, her knack of building lasting relationships and her ability to think outside the box while focusing on the bigger picture of her client's sales and marketing targets.

Born and raised in Singapore and currently living in Hong Kong, Michelle has deep knowledge of effective hotels sales and marketing practices across Asia and is fluent in several Asian languages, including Mandarin, Cantonese, and conversational with others  like Hokkien, Teochew, Japanese, Thai and Malay. Away from work, Michelle loves to spend time with her family and to explore boutique hotels across the world.

Joeann LaMadrid, Partner

Joeann is a partner at AP LBC based in New York, representing the Americas region. She specializes in corporate, entertainment, high-end leisure, FIT/Wholesale, and government segments. She has over 20 years of sales, marketing, and management experience. Prior to AP LBC, she led the sales efforts and process opening a four-star boutique hotel in New York City, developed sales for various boutique & lifestyle hotels such as Pan Pacific, Kimpton Hotels, Le Meridien and Morgans Hotel Group in California, and as Global Sales, represented a corporate members’ hotel chain with properties across the U.S. and the UK.

Joeann studied Hospitality Management at San Jose State University. She creates balance with yoga and meditation. When she is not traveling exploring different cultures and the outdoors, she enjoys interior home decorating, cooking, and entertaining friends & family as part of her creative outlet.

Theresa Prins, Partner

Theresa has more then 25 years of hotel experience, of which over 15 years has been dedicated to Revenue Management. She brings real practical knowledge to the table that help optimise revenue and profits. Her keen interest in revenue generating technology helps the automation process easy and affective. Her Revenue Management experience stretches into Food & Beverage, Accommodation, Meetings & Events, Parking and Spa Revenue.

She sees strategy planning, equally as important as tactical initiatives in the revenue optimisation journey. Being Guest Centric in her Revenue Management approach proves to be very successful.

Yonga Jizana,

Partner Marketing & Social Media

Yonga is passionate about getting people talking… about your business!

Based in Cape Town, Yonga manages the partner marketing and social media at APLBC, offering bespoke strategies to increase online visibility, brand awareness and engagement.

Away from her computer, Yonga enjoys day trips to sunny parts of the city, scrolling through Pinterest and baking.

Patricija Miklusiene, Partner

She is a beauty and wellness brand and business consultant, strategist, sales and marketing expert, who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the beauty and wellness sectors. For over 15 years, Patricija has spent her career in various business development and management roles, have successfully launched start-ups and worked for established premium global brands and companies. Patricija is passionate about health optimization and wellness. She has an innovative approach to concept development and establishment of authentic wellness offering.

‘’Pandemics has provided a platform for the hospitality sector to put more focus and recognize the value of spa revenue within the property, and maximise advantages by expanding wellness offering.’’ – says Patricija. Recently, Patricija headed the development and launch of the BelleCell Molecular Wellness Clinic in the heart of Mayfair, London, United Kingdom. Patricija loves to redefine and reshape the traditional wellness programs infusing it with advancements of science and alternative therapies for the ultimate wellbeing offering.

Franco-British, I am Paris based after 11 years in London. I speak French, English and Spanish. I lived in China (Dalian), French Polynesia, South Pacific, Brazil and Morocco. I was formerly Director of Sales & Marketing for:

• The Peninsula Paris (2018)

• The Westbury Mayfair in London (2017)

• Sofitel London St James (2012)

Beforehand, I was Regional Sales & Marketing Manager for:

• The Maybourne Hotel Group (Claridge’s, The Connaught and The Berkeley) in 2009

• Delivering Britain (2008) with a portfolio of 20 Hotels & resorts (Anantara, Sukhothai in Bangkok)

• Belmond in French Polynesia (2006)

I am graduated from Squared Online (Google) in Digital Marketing & Virtual Collaboration and hold a MBA in International Business.

Sudharshan S, Content Writer

A postgraduate with an MPhil in English language and literature from Pachaiyappa’s College, Sudharshan hails from Chennai. He is fond of reading lost world novels, fantasy fiction, writing books and dreamily smudging it out at Photoshop. Sudharshan loves to travel and is fond of nature, especially of mountains, rivers and wild beasts of the jungle. Natalie Kloc,

Business Development Executive

Passionate about traveling, Natalie works with companies based in the United States, United Kingdom and Tanzania. She envisions herself most beneficial when helping new businesses to develop a presence on the web. Hobbies include making oyster shell encrusted mirrors, playing lacrosse, volunteering and web design. Prior to APLBC, Natalie began her work in the tourism industry by marketing safari packages and educating families on her culture through au-pairing, and continues to do so.
